Refund policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, 3DPrintsWV does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

No Cancellations Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Production begins promptly after purchase, and we are unable to stop or reverse the process once it has started.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review each case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
